UME Parents and Guardians,
I want to thank you for the time you took in completing the High Reliability Schools (HRS) Level 1 Survey, “Safe and Collaborative Culture.” We ended with 150 responses. That is fantastic! The HRS Level 1 Task Force reviewed the results. These results can be found by clicking on the following link.
As you can see from the survey results the large majority of questions yielded positive results of “Agree/Strongly Agree”. We were extremely pleased with these results and will continue to improve in all these specific areas to make UME the best it can be.
In order to continue our growth, the Level 1 Task Force also identified the areas receiving the most “I Do Not Know” or “I Disagree/Strongly Disagree” responses and they are listed below. These areas will become our focus points for our "Safe and Collaborative Schools.”
As we are dedicated to improvement in all areas with a strong emphasis on these indicators identified as weaknesses, I will continue to communicate with you in regards to the work we are doing to improve the education and culture at UME. You will have an opportunity to take a post-survey to provide feedback as to whether or not you feel we have made these improvements. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at UME. Thank you for your continued support.
Jerrod Dastrup, Principal
